All our vouchers are non refundable

Please be advised we require a booking fee for long appointments we will advise you of this when you book the appointment.

Cancellations must be 48hrs before otherwise deposits will not be refunded. If a voucher is to be used then 50% of treatment value will be taken if you don't show for an appointment.
